- In a kadhai boil 1 litre milk.

- Now take the mangoes and cut the top of the mangoes. (the crown)
- Insert the knife and take out the mango seed. Do this by removing the pulp from its sides and then rotate the seed and pull it out.
- Put back all the pulp. Fill the mango moulds with kulfi, cover with mango crowns and freeze it for 7 to i hrs.
- Once kulfi is set, remove from freezer andpeal the mangoes. Cut it into small disc.
- Decorate using nuts like Almonds, Pistachios and Rose Syrup. Serve it immediately.
