(The sausage needs to be cooked a bit longer). Once sausage is cooked cut into bite size pieces using spatula. Add to bowl.
- Add can of green chilies, shredded cheese & salt & pepper. Mix. Add beaten egg & mix.
- Place mixture into a greased muffin tin. Push mixture down, this will fit perfectly into a 12 muffin tin. Bake for 27 min, then broil for 1 minute. Let sit 5 minutes. I used the back of a fork to remove muffin & place on plate. Add toppings, enjoy!
