  2. Get 4 cardamom

  18. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Instructions to make Egg Biryani:
  1. In a bowl, add eggs, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Marinate eggs.
  2. Take a vessel, add 1 litre water and salt. When it starts boiling, add rice. Let it cook. Strain.
  3. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil, add sliced onion. Fry till golden brown. In remaining oil, fry the eggs.
  4. In that oil, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, cardamom, bay leaf, black pepper and cinnamon. Add chopped onions. Cook well. Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, salt and tomatoes. Add 1 tbsp turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Coriander powder. Cook well. Add some water, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add biryani masala, coriander leaves.
  5. Add some rice, eggs and fried onions. Cook well. Add remaining rice, onions to make layer. Add lemon juice. Close and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve.
