- Prepare 1 cup lettuce leaves roughly chopped
- Make ready 1 cucumber roughly chopped
- Prepare 1 beetroot thinly sliced
- Prepare 1 cup grated carrots
- Take French fries as required
Instructions to make Shawarma:
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper, black pepper, all spice, red chili powder, chicken tikka masala, vinegar, yogurt, chicken powder and oil for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Put marinated chicken and fry for 10 minutes. Cook till chicken tender.
- For sauce: mix all the ingredients well.
- For green sauce: blend all the ingredients in the blender.
- Assembling - Fry pita bread on both side. Remove. In a plate put fry pita bread place lettuce leaves, chicken strips, cucumber, carrots, beetroot and French fries. Drizzle sauce and green sauce and roll the shawarma. You can make pockets from pita bread too.
