  1. Prepare 1/2 kg chicken
  2. Get 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp tikka masala

Steps to make Shawarma:
  1. Add some water in chicken and boil it with ginger garlic paste, tandoori and tikka masala.
  2. Let the water dries out. Remove chicken from bones and set aside.
  3. Add all ingredients for sauce and mix them.
  4. Slightly toast pita bread from both sides.
  5. Now add a layer of sauce to pita bread.
  6. Then add lettuce, chicken filling, onion, tomatoes and some more sauce.
  7. Wrap it carefully and enjoy with fries.
